Libby Richmond grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from Ladue Horton Watkins High School. She currently attends Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with two minors in both political science and chemistry. She holds various leadership positions at Knox College, namely as the President of Panhellenic Council and as the Director of Tutoring for the Anything is Possible Education Foundation. She also works as a Spanish tutor on campus.
During her undergraduate career, Libby has been able to study abroad on four separate occasions, in Peru, the Dominican Republic twice, and Costa Rica. These opportunities have furthered her interests in Latinx communities and experiences. After graduation, Libby intends to enroll in a graduate program in Public Administration or Community Development in order to further her interests in human rights and social justice.
