violencia dom\u00e9stica lleva a cabo evaluaciones iniciales con los v\u00edctimas de violencia dom\u00e9stica para identificar problemas legales existentes o previstos, y proporciona servicios directos, referencias y recursos para apoyarles. El defensor de las v\u00edctimas de violencia dom\u00e9stica realiza todas las funciones de su trabajo de una manera cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edsticamente competente.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsabilidades<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporcionar defensa legal culturalmente apropiada, incluyendo ayudar a los v\u00edctimas a rellenar papeleo de orden de restricci\u00f3n, presentar y asistir a las audiencias judiciales de violencia familiar, asistencia de inmigraci\u00f3n y servicios de apoyo para los refugiados e inmigrantes sobrevivientes de violencia dom\u00e9stica dentro del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Atlanta. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" experiencia previa de trabajo con poblaciones inmigrantes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se requiere licencia de conducir v\u00e1lido en Georgia, uso de veh\u00edculo propio y prueba de seguro. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de diplomado en trabajo social (BSW) o titulaci\u00f3n equivalente, o experiencia laboral.
