The memorandum will likely be fought through litigation and we will win once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Administration is trying to redefine who should be counted; but,&nbsp; our U.S. Constitution makes it clear that every person living in our nation, regardless of immigration status, should be counted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the strongest federal confidentiality protections, the U.S. Census Bureau does not share any personal information with any other entity, including ICE.&nbsp; All immigrants should feel safe and secure in participating in the 2020 Census to ensure our communities get their fair share of resources for our schools and healthcare needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will not be invisible nor erased from the 2020 Census.&nbsp;
