Ana grew up in Gainesville, GA, with immigrant parents from Mexico. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a bachelor’s in Communication with a Concentration in Multimedia Journalism. She’s the only one in her entire family who graduated from college. She joined GALEO as a canvasser in October 2022 and became GALEO’s Program Coordinator for Communications in April 2024.

She loves living life through experiences and meeting new people because she believes everyone has a story to tell. She likes to think that everything happens the way it is supposed to happen, so she enjoys the journey and doesn’t stress it. She loves to spend time with family and friends, do outdoor activities, work out, and work on herself. Self-improvement books are her favorite, but if you have any good books you want to introduce to her, come tell her or surprise her!
