Elizabeth Scott
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Elizabeth Scott (She/She) is the Director of Development for the GALEO Latino Community Development Fund and the GALEO Impact Fund.
Elizabeth received a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia Southern University and a Masters in Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State’s Andrew Young School of Public Policy.
Before joining GALEO/GALEO Impact Fund, she worked at Operation Homefront as Area Director – Region 5 East – covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. Elizabeth supported military families in this role and led her team to meet and exceed their goals.
Before this position, she worked at TechBridge, planning and implementing the Digital Ball, which raised over $1 million. In addition, Elizabeth has worked at the League of Women Voters of Georgia, StandUp For Kids- National, and Voices of Note.
She is a member of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits Leadership Group – Emerges – Class of 2021. Elizabeth serves on the board of Voices of Note and has previously served on the board of Day League and League of Women Voters of Georgia.
